1. About the Program
The SOCAL SEISMIC Client Appreciation Program was created to thank our clients for their support. By participating, through leaving a review, sharing a referral, or showcasing a yard sign, clients have the opportunity to receive rewards and enter monthly drawings.
2. How Rewards Work
- Reviews and Referrals: Clients who post a qualifying review or provide a referral that results in a booked project will receive a reward as recognition of their contribution.
- Monthly $200 Gift Card Giveaway: Each month, eligible participants are entered into a drawing for a $200 gift card. The drawing includes clients who completed a review or referral during that calendar month.
- Yard Sign Drawing $100 Gift Card: Clients who keep a SOCAL SEISMIC yard sign displayed at their property are automatically entered into a monthly drawing for a $100 gift card. To be eligible, the sign must be visible on the date of the drawing.
3. Participation Guidelines
- Reviews must be submitted on recognized public platforms (examples include Google Reviews, Yelp, or others specified by SOCAL SEISMIC).
- Referrals are only valid if they result in a new client who signs a service agreement with SOCAL SEISMIC.
- Yard signs should be placed in a visible, front-facing location on the participant’s property.
4. Winner Notification
- Winners will be contacted directly by a member of the SOCAL SEISMIC team by phone or email within two business days following each drawing.
- Winners must respond within five calendar days to confirm their acceptance and provide delivery details. If no response is received, another winner may be chosen.
5. Timing of Rewards
- Program activities are tracked on a monthly basis. Entries received in one month will only apply to that month’s drawings.
- Rewards and gift cards will typically be distributed within 30–45 days after the month ends.
6. Right to Modify or Cancel
SOCAL SEISMIC reserves the right to make changes to this program at any time, including altering reward amounts, entry methods, or discontinuing the program entirely. We also reserve the right to remove participants from eligibility if fraudulent activity, abuse, or non-compliance with these rules is suspected.
7. Additional Details
Participation in this program indicates agreement with these Terms & Conditions. SOCAL SEISMIC is not responsible for technical errors, delays, or delivery issues beyond our control. All federal, state, and local tax obligations (if applicable) are the responsibility of the reward recipient.
